Customer Success Manager
Client Management in the given state/territory
• Managing product training, support for end user and driving product usage (for around 20 clients).
• Support would be mainly on-field in terms of training, product functioning, tracking usage and briefing clients on new features.
• Drive audit for reports, basic trouble shooting, maintain client relation and upsell.
• Work with Client Engagement Head for client interaction, training, product usage and escalation.
• Provide additional support based on the client feedback and best practices.
Education & Experience
• Overall 3 to 8 years of similar experience (experience of education/training industry will be preferred).
• Post Graduate from a premier institution
